I travel a lot and have never been able to sleep on an airplane unless I have an extra seat beside me and can lie down. This pillow lets me sleep on the side, so I can finally actually fall asleep sitting upright but resting my head on the side.
I've been a frequent traveler (2 flights per week) for the past few years and have tried many, many pillows to make travel more comfortable. This is the first pillow that actually works for me. It's incredibly compact and very easy to fit into the small bag that it comes in.
The design is good compared to the usual rounded ones that don't actually hold your head up. The memory form is like medium firm. It can be used in many ways as well, if you want to just put it on the side of your head against the wall of the plane, I've found it quite comfortable as well.
This neck pillow is beyond belief comfortable! I also loved the fact that the seller is in constant communication making sure that you love their product and giving advice on how to use it more effectively, for instance, with this particular pillow, positioning is important! I highly recommend it!
